In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear throughout this document in their defined form and apply consistently in all sections.

"ae77 men" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to ae77 men, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at ae77-men.com and accessible to users in Bangladesh.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who registers an account on ae77 men or who accesses any part of the ae77 men platform, whether logged in or not.

"Account"

The individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the ae77 men platform, associated with a unique username and protected by a password chosen by the Player.

"Balance" / "Player Balance"

The total of all deposited funds, winnings credited, and bonus funds (where applicable) held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

"Restricted Territory"

"KYC" / "Know Your Customer"

"Force Majeure"

Where a conflict arises between a general term and a specific bonus or promotional term, the specific term prevails for the relevant promotion only.

Access to ae77 men's real-money services is restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of those laws. ae77 men accepts no liability for a Player's breach of their local laws. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ae77 men. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where ae77 men identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed will be voided, and the Player's primary account may be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated through a duplicate account are not payable.

2.4 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the ae77 men registration form accurately and in full, providing your real name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must not use fictitious, borrowed, or third-party personal information. ae77 men reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Approved registrations result in the creation of a Player Account which is personal to you and non-transferable.

2.5 KYC Verification

ae77 men may at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, request that a Player complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ae77 men may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. All KYC documents submitted are handled in accordance with ae77 men's Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your ae77 men Account, whether or not authorised by you. The following obligations apply to every registered Player at all times.

3.1 Password Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your ae77 men Account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. ae77 men will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ae77 men support immediately by contacting us via the in-platform chat. ae77 men accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. ae77 men may use the contact details on your Account to send important security and account-management communications; ae77 men accepts no responsibility for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

ae77 men reserves the right to monitor Account activity for signs of irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, ae77 men may freeze the relevant Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking any further action. Players whose accounts are frozen during an investigation are entitled to receive a written explanation of the outcome once the investigation is concluded.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request permanent closure of your ae77 men Account at any time by contacting customer support via in-platform chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks. Any bonus balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming policy and may impose additional conditions on Account re-opening.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on ae77 men is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ae77 men reserves the right to update minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Players. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account Balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile financial service. Bank card and internet banking deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect depending on the issuing bank. ae77 men accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ae77 men within 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with ae77 men support. ae77 men reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days to clear depending on the recipient bank's processing times.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ae77 men is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. ae77 men reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to delay or block withdrawals where there is a reasonable basis to suspect that funds deposited on the platform are derived from illegal activity. Players found to be using ae77 men for money laundering will have their accounts permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

4.6 Chargebacks and Reversals

Players must not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their payment provider in relation to ae77 men transactions without first contacting ae77 men support and allowing ae77 men a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without following this process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, recovery of any funds paid out against the disputed transaction, and potential legal action.

ae77 men offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the relevant offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the conditions specified in the relevant promotion, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game-type restrictions, account verification status, and residency requirements. ae77 men reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where ae77 men has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is attempting to abuse the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on ae77 men are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. ae77 men will not grant any exceptions to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus wagers that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account Balance without notice. ae77 men recommends that Players review the expiry conditions of any bonus before accepting it.

5.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

Players must not use bonuses in a way that ae77 men, in its reasonable judgement, considers to constitute bonus abuse. Examples of prohibited bonus strategies include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while completing wagering requirements; using automated betting software to complete wagering requirements; claiming the same bonus multiple times via different accounts; and using bonus funds exclusively on games that ae77 men has designated as excluded or reduced-contribution games for bonus wagering purposes.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

ae77 men may run special promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season, IPL season, and ICC tournament fixtures. These promotions will be announced on the ae77 men platform and are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the ae77 men platform, including cricket and sports betting markets, live casino games, RNG slot games, and fishing arcade games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is accepted and binding only when ae77 men's system has confirmed the bet and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account Balance. A bet that has not been confirmed by the system — for example, due to a network disconnection or browser error — is not a valid wager. ae77 men is not liable for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the Player's device or internet connection.

6.2 Obvious Errors

Players who systematically exploit obvious errors may have their accounts reviewed under the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — and other sports events is subject to ae77 men's Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the Help section of the platform. In general: match-winner bets require the full scheduled match to be completed unless otherwise stated; rain-affected or abandoned matches are settled according to the applicable sport's official governing body rules; and in-play bets are settled on the basis of the live score data provided by ae77 men's data feed partners at the time of settlement.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All RNG-based games, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel within the platform. ae77 men does not alter RTP settings below the levels published by the game provider for the relevant title. 6.5 Game Malfunctions

Players must use the ae77 men platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the ae77 men platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or borrowed identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes to the detriment of ae77 men or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ae77 men's platform or any game for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to ae77 men support.
• Using the ae77 men platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or finance any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with ae77 men's software, servers, or security systems.
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications to ae77 men staff or other Players via the platform's communication channels.
• Claiming bonuses in violation of the terms set out in Section 5 of these Terms, including through multi-accounting or coordinated bonus abuse.

ae77 men reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct within the scope of this section. Decisions made by ae77 men in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in ae77 men's Help documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ae77 men's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

8.1 Service Availability

ae77 men makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ae77 men does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from planned maintenance downtime, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events. ae77 men will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games and live casino content hosted on the ae77 men platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Play'n GO, and others. ae77 men is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or content issues originating within third-party game software, except to the extent that ae77 men has an obligation under its agreements with those providers to pass a remedy through to affected Players.

8.3 Player Responsibility for Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on the ae77 men platform are made freely and voluntarily by the Player. ae77 men is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a Player's betting decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were influenced by information displayed on the platform (such as odds, statistics, or game RTP data). 8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between ae77 men and a Player that cannot be resolved through ae77 men's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ae77 men's customer support team is always the first point of contact for any dispute; the vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
